Return And Cancellation Policy
Return the product within 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund 100% of the purchase price and $9.50 for shipping and handling (USPS 2 Day Estimated only). If you choose one of our alternative shipping methods we will be unable to refund the full shipping price. Please contact us to arrange for your return shipping prior to returning the product. If you just ship the product back to us on your own without following the instructions below you may not be eligible to full refund or refund at all, also we can not refund you for any shipping costs you have paid out of pocket to ship the product to us. Refunds will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned product and will not under any circumstances exceed the amount charged to the card during the purchase. Products that are deemed to have been damaged intentionally or due to improper use will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. Products mailed to us but not approved for refund can be mailed back to the customer at the customers own expense.
Steps to return the product:
- Go to contact us and send us a message requesting to return the product. We will contact you via email only, so please read the instructions on the contact us page carefully. If we have not contacted you via email within two business days check your spam mail folder.
- Wait for our instructions on how to ship the product back to us. We do not offer refunds for your shipping expenses if you just ship the product to us and pay for the shipping on your own, for eligible returns we send a mailing label, which you can use to ship the product back to us.
- Use our return instructions to ship the product to us.
- Wait until we receive the product and inspect it.
- Upon approval of the returned product we will issue a credit to your credit card for 100% of the purchase price and up to $9.50 for original purchase shipping and handling. We can not refund for any out of pocket shipping expenses you may have incurred if you mail the product to us on your own.
